• Giving Thanks

When I shoot a wedding, I pour my heart and soul into every photo I take. It's not just about capturing the perfect shot; it's about freezing that moment in time, preserving it forever. And when I receive unexpected messages of gratitude from my clients, it reminds me of just how much these photos mean to them.

Yesterday, I received a text from a bride whose wedding we had recently photographed. She thanked us for everything we had done and said she had a gift to drop off at our door. I had no idea what to expect, but a few minutes later, there was a gift bag waiting for us. Inside, she had left a heartfelt note, along with a bottle of champagne, a gift card, and even some cash! I was speechless. It's moments like these that remind me why I do what I do.

Photography is more than just a job to me. It's a gift, and I'm grateful every day that I get to share it with others. Being able to capture someone's special day and create memories that will last a lifetime is a blessing beyond words. It's a privilege to be a part of these intimate moments, and I take that responsibility very seriously. So when a client goes out of their way to show their appreciation, it means the world to me. It's a reminder that what I do is important, that I'm making a difference, and that I'm doing what I was meant to do.
